1. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.

 

2. How do I track my order? 

  • You will receive order confirmation email, and then once your order has been processed, fulfilled and shipped, you will receive a tracking email with specific tracking for your order.  For your convenience we have an order tracking page where you can input all of your tracking numbers and see the status of where your order is and when it will be to you! (see Track Order at the bottom of page) 
  • Please note it can take a minute for the tracking number to sync with your package, so if it does not show right away, don't worry! 

3. When will I get my device?

  • Our standard shipping takes 3-5 business days to process your order and  12 business days for shipping.  We do our best to expedite and often you will receive the product much sooner, however, any unforeseen issues or problems with the currier or logistics outside of our control may delay your order, but in this case we do everything in our power to get it to you as soon as possible. 
  • We are not responsible for lost or stolen items if they have been confirmed delivered by USPS. 

4. Do you accept returns?

5. Can I cancel my order or change my address?

We understand sometimes you can change your mind on an item. If you need to cancel your order please visit Contact Us. If you need to change your shipping address, please contact us right away and we will do our best to update it during our order fulfillment process. If the item has shipped, we cannot change the shipping address.

5. How does the Money Back Guarantee work?

Our Money Back Guarantee is valid within 30 days of purchase for any one our products. In order to receive money back, you must initially submit a return through our Returns Center. All returns of anti-snoring devices are subject to an environmental disposal fee, as such devices are worn close to the mouth and can be easily used to transmit respiratory/airborne diseases. Note, the buyer is responsible for return shipping. Once we have received your returned item, we will notify you via email of the approval or rejection of your refund. Once approved, money back will be credited through the original method of payment within 3 business days (i.e. Credit Card, PayPal). If an anti-snoring device was returned, your refund will have already accounted for the appropriate environmental fees; hence, your refund may not match the initial amount paid for said item).

6. How long does shipping usually take?

The estimated shipping time is approximately 12 business days. Furthermore, our primary source of shipping is ePacket for international orders and USPS for domestic orders, both of which are insured. 

Due to high demand, order processing can take up to 48 hours and estimated delivery times are subject to change.

You will be informed via email when your order is confirmed and shipped out with tracking information.

7. Where do you ship to?

We ship domestically to the U.S. and internationally to all 195 countries. For better delivery service, we advise you to include your phone number in your order details, as we may need to call you if we have problems delivering your package.

Rest assured, shipment is free and insured for both domestic and international orders.
